Privacy policy
This guide serves its fonts, images, word lists, and scripts locally. Games open through external links; no game or video iframe is enabled. Two Adsterra ad units and Microsoft Clarity stay unrequested until you accept the cookie bar.
Research notes
The statements below were checked against the built site, not written from memory: the served HTML of the home page and of this page was read with curl and searched for every ad and recording host, the consent component and the tag-injection component were read in source, and the ad units, their ids, and the adult-ads setting were read back from the Adsterra publisher dashboard. Where a value is a vendor default that this site does not control, the text says so.
First-party storage and preferences
The key skribblio_consent_v1 in localStorage records your choice (granted or denied) and a timestamp. The choice expires after 180 days, and the bar can ask again. The key sk-adbar-hidden records that you used Hide ad bar in the footer; it keeps the floating Adsterra Social Bar from loading on later visits. Cookie settings in every footer deletes nothing by itself — it reopens the bar so you can store a new choice, and Reject stores denied.
Nothing advertising-related is written before you accept, and nothing is written at all if you reject. Accept is the single point where a stored preference turns into network requests: it grants all four Consent Mode v2 categories and injects the two Adsterra loaders plus the Microsoft Clarity tag.

Consent Mode v2 and how the tags load
Google Consent Mode v2 defaults ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage to denied in an inline snippet that runs before the Google tag is configured; ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough are set in the same snippet. Accept changes all four categories to granted through gtag('consent','update',…). A true navigator.globalPrivacyControl stores denied and cannot be overridden by the buttons.
Advertising and session-recording scripts are injected only after that choice. The served HTML contains the Adsterra and Clarity URLs as text inside this site's own inline script, and no <script src> pointing at an ad host or at clarity.ms, so arriving on any page makes no advertising or recording request. Reject — or withdrawing a stored Accept later — removes the loaders, empties the ad frame, and clears the Clarity identifiers this site can reach.
Third parties and external links
Adsterra is the only advertising network on this domain: no AdSense, no second network, and no banner SDK. Adsterra's publisher dashboard lists website id 6119558 for skribblio.xyz, category Social, with the adult-ads switch off, and two units: a Native Banner (dashboard unit 31706990) drawn inside the page between the article and the footer, and a Social Bar (dashboard unit 31706991), a floating bar. Both loaders are served from bicea.org, the delivery host Adsterra issued for this account.
Adsterra and the advertisers it serves may set their own cookies or read identifiers once the units load, and may use your IP address, user agent, and the URL of the page to serve and measure ads. Adsterra's own policy governs that processing, and this site cannot enumerate their cookie names. Because the units are requested only after Accept, there is no personalized ad request before it. To control interest-based advertising independently of this site, use Adsterra's policy or an industry choice page such as youronlinechoices.com, both listed under Sources.
Two more third-party scripts run, also only after Accept: Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RETNT2JQCX) under Consent Mode, and Microsoft Clarity (project yx14m003ml) for heatmaps and session recordings, which masks text input and other sensitive content by default. Cloudflare hosts the site and routes the contact mailbox; it processes requests and message headers as our hosting and mail provider. The official-game link opens skribbl.io as a separate destination, and the CrazyGames listing is reached through an external link only — their own policies apply there.
Contact, choices, and retention
Contact [email protected] about this guide. The domain mailbox routes through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support inbox. Your email address and message are used to handle the request, not advertising. Do not send passwords, private invitations, or sensitive information.
You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer and choosing Reject; the Adsterra loaders and the Clarity tag are then removed from the page, and the local record can be deleted in your browser. It is not held on our server. Advertising, analytics, and session-recording storage are processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); hosting and support-email handling are processed to provide the service you asked for. You may request access, correction, or deletion of support correspondence, and complain to the relevant privacy authority. Messages are retained only as needed to resolve the request or satisfy applicable obligations.
/ads.txt declares one seller: adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT. That publisher id is the value the Adsterra dashboard reports for this publisher account, read back from the dashboard rather than guessed. No other seller is declared, because no other advertising system serves this domain.
Questions
Does this guide show advertising?
Yes — two Adsterra units load only after you accept the cookie bar: a Native Banner inside the page and a floating Social Bar. Adult ads are switched off for this website in the Adsterra dashboard, there is no AdSense tag, and rejecting keeps both units unrequested.
What does Cookie settings change?
It reopens the cookie bar so you can store a new choice. Accept grants advertising and analytics storage and injects the Adsterra units and Microsoft Clarity; Reject keeps all four Consent Mode v2 categories denied and removes those scripts.
Can I remove the floating ad bar?
Yes. Hide ad bar in the footer stores that choice in localStorage and the floating Adsterra Social Bar is not loaded again on later visits; Cookie settings reopens the choice at any time.
Do you use Google Analytics or session recording?
Google Analytics 4 (G-RETNT2JQCX) runs under Consent Mode v2 with all four storage categories denied until you accept. Microsoft Clarity (yx14m003ml) is requested only after Accept and masks sensitive content by default.
